Gather your family close and join the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site in creating new holiday memories at a special Candlelight Theatre event! “Twas the Night Before…”, written by James Trofatter, offers a heartwarming interactive theatre experience for all ages in the historic Harrison mansion. Sip on hot cider, enjoy complimentary treats, and be delighted by holiday figures from tradition and folklore, as well as new jolly friends. Make your reservations early for this festive holiday performance! (Performances will sell out; reservations strongly suggested).

Audiences will progress from room to room enjoying performances throughout the home of Benjamin Harrison. Audiences will travel up and down one flight of narrow stairs (elevator assistance is available – please indicate if you need elevator access during the registration process so we can best accommodate you). Each performance lasts approximately 1 hour and guests will view scenes standing. Please plan to arrive early to enjoy hot cider and other holiday goodies prior to your show time.

Dates: December 15, 16, 17, 2017

Time: Performances begin every half hour and last approximately 60 minutes

Cost: $14.95 Presidential Site members and students ages 6 to 12 ; $17.95 adults; (not recommended for children under 6)

What to expect:

Audiences will travel from room to room enjoying performances throughout the Harrison mansion. Audiences will travel up and down two flights of narrow stairs (elevator assistance is available – please indicate if you need elevator access during the registration process so we can best accommodate you). Guests will view entire performance standing - some seating available if needed. Each performance lasts approximately 60 minutes.
