Candlelight Theatre operates on a hybrid model – professionally managed with volunteer performers at its heart. We believe great theatre is built by passionate people working together in a supportive, creative environment. As an actor-driven troupe, we place artists at the center of our work. We value collaboration, respect and the well-being of our company, striving to create a positive experience both on and off stage.

While our core troupe forms the foundation of each production, we do welcome additional actors and crew as needed to bring specific productions to life.
