Youth Leadership Programs

Youth Leadership Programs

Every year we offer several youth and leadership programs for students. These programs encourage bright young minds to become civically engaged, gain valuable leadership skills, and increase their appreciation for history – all while having fun alongside their peers.

Do you know the story of a President on a wild Goat chase?

We’ll join your summer program virtually to read “Old Whiskers Escapes,” the tale of President Benjamin Harrison, his grandson and a speedy pet goat loose on the streets of Washington D.C.

This activity is best suited for Kindergarten- 3rd grade.

Can you pass the Citizenship Challenge?

Do you ever wonder if YOU could pass the citizenship test? Members of the Presidential Site staff will partner with summer camp providers to virtually host fun and engaging live trivia power hours through the summer months for students who want to test their civic knowledge.

This activity can be individually catered to 4th grade through high school aged students!
