Around Indy

Harrison’s impact and legacy can still be seen around Indianapolis. You can visit his grave in Crown Hill Cemetery. On New York St, between Meridian and Pennsylvania Streets in downtown Indianapolis, you can visit Harrison’s full length bronze sculptural portrait. The sculpture was designed by Henry Bacon, sculpted by Charles Henry Niehaus, and cast by Gorham Manufacturing Company. The statue was dedicated October 27, 1908.
