The mission of the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site is to increase public participation in the American system of self-government by sharing the life stories, arts, and culture of an American President.
Our vision is to be the most innovative, inclusive, and civically engaged presidential site in the United States.
The Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site is a not for profit, tax-exempt organization, whose purpose is to advance the living legacy of America’s Hoosier President, preserve the nationally significant Harrison home, and actively share the extensive collection as an educational museum and historical resource to promote public service, patriotism and good citizenship.
Since 1966, the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site has shared the legacy of 23rd U.S. President Benjamin Harrison with about 30,000 people annually. Through our #GivingTuesday campaign: we're raising funds to expand the opportunities for more children, youths and adults to experience this unique piece of American history. From daily tours and educational field trips to annual events and the Future Presidents of America leadership program, the Presidential Site has an experience for everyone.
