We are the only museum dedicated to the memory of the 23rd president of the United States. Since such a high percentage of items in the collection are original, they provide visitors with a unique, accurate and authentic look into the life of the Harrison family.
Artifacts relating to Benjamin Harrison V, William Henry Harrison, Benjamin Harrison, Caroline Scott Harrison and Mary Lord Harrison span the decades and connect to various other family members, politicians and famous people.
The collection also includes artifacts from 21 U.S. presidents, including, George Washington, William McKinley, and Theodore Roosevelt.
Political memorabilia in the collection includes ribbons, medals and trinkets for William Henry Harrison and Benjamin Harrison. The letter collections dates from 1777 to the 1940s.
Each year, we offer two major exhibits: one through the New Century Curator partnership in the Special Exhibit Gallery and the other in the 3rd floor ballroom.
The Presidential Site offers a variety of travelling exhibits, including, Campaigns and Cartoons, the Role of Caricature in Political Persuasion, from the collection of Julian and Sue Ridlen.
