An emblem in the center of the eagle contains a golden bust of a male figure and is encircled by the text "Servata Figes Cineri" A banner at the top of the medal reads "Daughters of the Cincinnati" The back of the badge in the center reads "Benjamin Harrison 212" The back of the badge on the banner reads "B. B. & E. Co. Phila".
