Jumeau doll is 16” tall with original satin dress, leather shoes, earrings, and hat. Her body is molded body with a bisque head. Head marked "DEPOSE TETE JUMEAU". Body marked "JUMEAU MEDAILLE D'OR." Belonged to Elizabeth L. Jones Bond. Elizabeth Lida Jones gave a silver penknife to Benjamin Harrison at a train stop in Richmond, Indiana. Harrison was touched by her generosity and the following Christmas he sent her this doll and a letter.
