Marked: "Medal presented by the consolidated Kansas City Smelting/ and Refining Company, to the Delegates/ to the Pan American Congress, called during/ the administration of PRESIDENT BENJAMIN HARRISON/ of the United States of America, and/ PRESIDENT PORFIRIO DIAZ of the United States of Mexico/ A.D. 1889."
